Oh FUDGE!

Here's a smooth & easy Fudge recipe and a family favorite (passed down for 4 generations in my first husband's family). Many of them have passed away, but cooking & eating this reminds me of spending so much precious time with them doing those same things! This holiday treat is perfect for shipping and sharing with neighbors. 🥰


Quick Fudge Recipe:


Coat a 9"X9" Pan (heatproof) with Butter.


Use a heavy medium saucepan on medium heat and stir these ingredients constantly: 1/4 Cup Butter (1/2 sick), 2/3 C Evaporated Milk, 1 small jar of Marshmallow Cream, 1-1/2 Cup Sugar. Boil it for 5 minutes (stirring constantly).


Remove from heat and stir in one 16 oz. Package of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips until smooth. Then mix in 1 tsp. Vanilla and 3/4 Cup Walnuts (optional) and spread into buttered an.


*I was able to find all of the ingredients for this at ALDI this year except for the Marshmallow Cream. I found that at Dollar Tree.
